À la tête d'un réseau d'acteurs influents et d'investisseurs, en France comme à l'international, elle a fondé ELYKSIR en 2009 et fondé le Cercle Ysée. Son parcours traverse les lieux où se forment les décisions : la Stanford Graduate School of Business et l'ESSEC, avec lesquelles elle a coopéré ; Louis Allen Worldwide, où elle a conseillé des comités exécutifs ; le Sénat, auprès de son Président Christian Poncelet ; l'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, où elle a enseigné dix ans.
Elle réunit la lecture stratégique, dix-sept années d'accompagnement de dirigeants et la maîtrise des technologies d'intelligence artificielle. Elle conduit l'Atelier de la première séquence jusqu'au cocktail, où des acteurs influents rejoignent le groupe.
At the head of a network of influential figures and investors, in France and internationally, she founded ELYKSIR in 2009 and founded the Cercle Ysée. Her path runs through the places where decisions take shape: Stanford Graduate School of Business and ESSEC, with which she worked; Louis Allen Worldwide, where she advised executive committees; the French Senate, alongside its President Christian Poncelet; Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, where she taught for ten years.
She brings together strategic insight, seventeen years of advising leaders and a command of artificial intelligence. She leads the Atelier from the first session to the cocktail, where influential figures join the group.

Quatre mille ans. Depuis les premiers prêts de Sumer, une seule chose produisait pendant que vous dormiez : le capital. Toujours à la même condition d'entrée - en avoir déjà. Les Sumériens nommaient l'intérêt máš, le petit du troupeau ; les Grecs tokos, l'enfantement. Hammurabi en plafonnait le rendement à vingt pour cent sur l'argent. Quarante siècles, et la règle n'a pas bougé.
Four thousand years. Since the first loans of Sumer, one thing alone produced while you slept: capital. Always on the same condition of entry - already having it. The Sumerians named interest máš, the young of the herd; the Greeks tokos, birth. Hammurabi capped its return at twenty per cent on silver. Forty centuries, and the rule has not moved.

Cinq étapes conduites sur votre situation à vous, et un sixième temps qui fait toute la différence : nommer les cinq personnes qui vous manquent. La question n'est jamais « que faites-vous », elle est « vers quoi allez-vous, et qu'est-ce qui vous y mène ».
Five steps led on your own situation, and a sixth moment that makes all the difference: naming the five people you lack. The question is never “what do you do”, it is “where are you going, and what takes you there”.

Elle traverse toute l'après-midi. Cinq expériences, une par sens, et chacune ouvre un chapitre - la vue, l'ouïe, l'odorat, le toucher, le goût. Chacune désigne son gagnant, et le groupe se parle vraiment bien avant l'arrivée des invités.
It runs through the whole afternoon. Five experiences, one per sense, and each opens a chapter - sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste. Each names its winner, and the group is truly talking well before the guests arrive.
L'ElYksir. La pierre philosophale de la maison. Il réunit des ingrédients choisis pour libérer chacun des cinq sens - la myrtille, par exemple, est réputée pour le regard. Il se prépare sous les yeux de tous, et le grand gagnant l'emporte en clôture.
The ElYksir. The house's philosopher's stone. It brings together ingredients chosen to free each of the five senses - blueberry, for instance, is renowned for sight. It is prepared in front of everyone, and the overall winner takes it at the close.
Sa recette. Elle reste le secret de la maison. Le reste se découvre sur place.

Les rencontres se font en direct, l'après-midi même. Chaque participant est présenté - qui il est, ce qu'il cherche. Vous savez à qui vous adresser avant la fin de la journée. Tout se fait sur place, et le jour même.
The introductions happen live, that same afternoon. Every participant is introduced - who they are, what they are looking for. You know whom to approach before the day ends. Everything happens on the spot, the same day.
